The fight night one could win! I have never been in trouble in my life before, so when I was accused of a crime I contacted the only lawyer I knew. He told me that it didn't matter what the truth was, what I said, or what the evidence showed. No one would ever believe me. I started looking for a new one, and I went to several, and they all said the same thing, I'd never win until I meet Care. I told her what happened, and she said she believed me. It took 20 months of hard work, but she found every lie they told, every piece of evidence they lost or omitted or just didn't bother to investigate. After 20 months of digging and work, I was proven innocent. After 20 months, Care won the fight everyone else said could not be won. Care touts results based on her experience as a formet D.A. and judge. Turns out that she is jaded, and is just a part of the system. She accepts the unfair outcomes as matter of fact, and refuses to fight for your rights. She unorganized, has serious communication issues ( rude, loses phone numbers, and documents) and is tired. After months of working for me and tens of thousands of dollars I would have been better off going it alone. She will waste your money talking about daily life and not concentrating on the facts of your case. Her motto is “kill them with kindness” which really means “do very little and just accept what they give you”. I could not be more disappointed with my experience. Your paperwork will be thrown together with dozens of other files and you may lose important documents because of it. Better off calling someone younger with more zeal. Even the judge did not seem to like her.
