If you have a family case DO NOT use Daniel Baldree. He doesn't reply to texts or emails and when we drove to his office the shared business said he is rarely there and people come looking for him all the time. He wasn't there when we showed up either. He didn't take our case seriously, delayed on filing my motion to modify although he told me he had already filed it weeks before he actually did. We were nearing a DWOP and he never filed an extension, refused to schedule mediation, never requested a final court date... nothing. I would have to beg him in multiple emails to get anything done. I retained new counsel and had all the things I needed AND agreed final orders being drafted within 2 weeks after months of begging Daniel to just do his job. He still won't respond to emails requesting my final invoice. Absolutely run away from this attorney. Especially if you have an urgent case where time is of the essence.

Absolutely do not and would not recommend. The level of unprofessionalism is astonishing. He doesn’t not respond to texts or emails. Does not pay attention or listen to what’s being asked of him. Refuses to schedule times to sit down and talk about cases he is hired and paid to represent. Unkempt appearance on the day of court. I CANNOT stress enough how unserious he took the case and how obvious it was when he had no clue what we were even after. We will be looking for new representation to finish off this case.

Attorney Baldree is a literal RockStar. I would hire him for anything.
