If u want someone to fight for u n make your money worth n give u options ,Do Not go with him! … we should have been more aggressive on our options but he just went the easy way to finalize our case .. convincing us ,that was the last option in our case n to find out it wasn’t.. he could have done us better … a state attorney could have done a better job !

David Martinez helped me, when I needed help the most. He helped me stay positive and most of all kept me up to date with every situation that came up. He battled for me and for that I am very thankful. My charges were dismissed and David had my side through out this process. Let David fight for you, you will not be disappointed. I emailed Mr. Martinez to attempt to set up some kind of consultation regarding a car ownership issue, but as his online submission form only had 3 options which did not exactly cover my issue, I selected the one that seemed to fit best and gave a summary of my issue. I advised him that I am at a point of desperation to get out from under the control of my abuser. I even stated in my email that if he felt he could not help me, I would really appreciate being pointed in the direction of someone who could. Mr. Martinez instead responded with a short, snippy, 1 sentence response to my email that did not cover any of my questions, to which I asked - since he cannot help me, again, please tell me who can. Mr. Martinez has yet to respond to my email. Based on some of his prior reviews, it seems that being curt and rude is just in his nature. If you are here to look for someone who is compassionate and eager to help his clients and potential clients, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Edit: It's interesting to me that asking for a response to my request via email (which were both very polite) and then complaining about your terrible attitude is "being demanding". I know I have a terrible issue, why else would I consult a lawyer? Also very funny to me that you claim you planned to help as soon as I post about your nasty attitude. Have the day you deserve!

Do NOT recommend him at all. One of his staff members Mary is very rude doesn’t do her research correctly and after they mess up they cannot admit to it and still want to charge you more money for their mistake. Very unprofessional and do I not recommend don’t waste your time on this lawyer and his rude staff. Mary is just ver unprofessional and rude rude rude!!! Her and him are perfect for each other horrible law firm.

Mr. Martínez is an amazing lawyer, he responds to emails and messages in a timely matter. He makes sure u understand what going on and always does the best job for his clients!! Save your money for a good lawyer this lawyer is trash! Very unprofessional and he’s at bodegas every other week drinking! He was a lawyer for me and another person and come to find out he was working with the lawyer against me. Save your money he’s unprofessional!

If you’re looking for someone to actually fight for you and stand up for you in court, this is NOT your guy. Worst attorney I’ve ever met! My ex was harassing me and stalking me. David basically told me too bad. He yells at his secretary in front of everyone and just all around a bad guy. He will only take your money and not fight for you. Not an ethical attorney at all. Don’t waste your time or money. All he did was laugh in my face as I got raked through the coals. He’s NOT. Good man at all!
