Called twice waited a week for a consultation appointment. Got no call back! Recalled spoke to Mr. Carlos,seem polite he acted like he was writing details of my concerns. He said that someone would contact me if they could help me. No one called! After another week passed I called and was told by the same Mr.Carlos that they were not able to give me a consultation. He told me they could not help me or did he say they were uninterested? Any way I don't think he could do a better job at addressing this issue better than I can do.
