Not very good law groop. But lawers did a good job. What i mean is that thair professional skills are top tier but organizational and administrative they suck. I had an accident which took them 8month to close and settle with insurance and that i had to call back and forth every week to push them to do this. After we settled it still took another 2 month for me to get check and another 1 month for them ro loose it and then get another one and send it to me. NOT RECOMEND IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT. Look for lawers in brooklyn area. My friends and my mother who had some what similar situation little harder their cars got totaled, where able to settle in 3 month.

So i was charged out of pocket expenses.. for a medical procedure..i was NEVER contacted or informed of these before being referred to have the procedure done!! when i should not have been!!! I have NEVER had to pay for my own medical procedure .. in a no fault case when the medical insurance is 50k…I will be filing a complaint!!! I was not shown an receipt of any out of pocket expenses.. I NEVER even met the attorney only staff!! I was never shown a receipt of any payments made i was given a regular sheet of paper with out of pocket expenses!!! WHY was i charged for anything!!! BEWARE of this place!! I even spoke to other attorneys n no one had ever heard of a client paying out of pocket expenses!! I paid for my own medical records, postage n medical procedure yet paid 33 n a third retainer fee!! UNREAL…
