The Law Office of Elliott B. Magnus

I don't know what some of ya'll are talking about. Magnus is an awesome, attorney. I always get some response back from him or his assistant Anthony, which is also kick ass. He's busy yes, but he's busy because he's good. You have to show you care about your case first, because if you don't care, he might not either, no ones got time for that. ha.

Elliot is an awesome lawyer who has worked super hard on helping me in my case. He has done almost everything I've asked of him, and you can tell he really cares about people. He will always give you his honest opinion, and I appreciate his candor and openness.

Great lawyer will fight for you even if he's assigned to your case and not hired privately by you.

He is a really hard working lawyer. I really appreciate the help he put towards my husband's case. He is very hard to reach though but overall good lawyer, good at his job.

Not good communication

Never returns messages or calls. Had one appt in 2017 and stated he needed more info for my case. Received the new info and never calls back. Secretary stated he will call me dozens of times. Done waiting on his promises. Don’t know how this attorney stays in business. Almost 2 years now. Was recommended by several people I know. Looking elsewhere now, this was a ridiculous experience.

Excellent lawyer helped us out with a troublesome situation

Mr magnus defended me in a criminal trail misdo case in which he had a list of poeple who. Have told me they would be character witnesses not one was called i caught the da witnesses purgering and nothing was done i ultimately lossed and requested he file an appeal and was not filed i can never get direct contact always through his receptionist
