The worst attorney and even worse as a judge. Idk what this woman's intentions are but it's not to help people.
She does not even listen to what you have to say. Once they get a seat they forget who put them there.
Long story short, after receiving a Judgment she told me that the 19th Judicial Court was not the proper jurisdiction to enforce payment. Wanted me to go to City Court and garnish wages. When I proved her wrong she refused to continue representing me. I hired a new attorney and he has accomplished in 6 months what I begged her to do for years. I will either receive payment from the Judgment or the Sheriff sale. I did file a complaint with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel 8 months ago. I will update once that matter is resolved. Looks like Green escaped scrutiny by being elected judge (2021). My case was well developed and documented. Wonder if the Office of Disciplinary Counsel delayed processing this case waiting for the outcome of the election? My new attorney secured payment of the judgment on my behalf.
I guess because my case was during an election year in which Ms. Green was running for office, I didn’t receive the full service or concern you would expect from an attorney. Multiple calls, no returned calls. She will likely not review your case until the morning, in the hallway before you walk into court. Honestly, I feel I wasted my money. My last court date was in June 2020, the next one is Next week January 2021. She hasn’t contacted me ONCE in 6 months to verify if the other party has been adhering to the court agreements (in which they have not) & I feel helpless with NO attorney to receive my calls or return them. At this point I feel that I can represent myself. Do not hire during election year, you will be placed on a back burner.
