Highly recommend Ernie as you're lawyer. He helped me with my child custody case, what seemed like a never ending battle that lasted a little over a year that has finally come to a closing. Ernie goes out of his way to make sure he has everything he needs in order to defend and prove a point at court, the best thing I can add is his communication skills he always made sure I understood where we are standing throughout the whole process as well as went into detail on any development on our case on top of that he replies and makes time for you incase you have any questions or concerns.

Great Attorney! He was more worried about helping me, than my money (not like other attorneys) .. I literally had to ask him 3-4 times how to pay him, cause he had been doing a lot of work for me and I felt bad that I hadn't payed him in over a year... (The 1 year delay was not his doing.. I had personal issues that cause a delay in my case!!!!) He also worked with me to give him payments with zero interest... Definitely I recommend him to anyone needing help... Unprofessional. No follow through. Disappointing.

I would give half a star but it is not possible. This attorney's work ethics are degrading and discriminatory. We are preparing for trial and he has showed the judge that he is not prepared; just requesting continuances (postponing) hearings to his convenience. I suggest you keep looking for an honest and reliable attorney; I can assure you Mr. Ernie will only fight for your money instead of justice.

Very unprofessional, he doesn’t proof read his work and also sent me the wrong client information!! When I told him to proof read his work he got mad and didn’t answer my call! I have to go to the court house and do the work myself!! Don’t recommend this lawyer to no one!!!
