Called to Inquire about getting some assistance in having a legal document made. The women that answered the phone said she would have to call back when she was back in the office, a couple hours passed I tried calling again and was ensured I was still on the call back list and should be hearing from an attorney shortly. Frank was a very good lawyer to work with. He makes the criminal court process a little easier and he is very straight forward and also takes your opinion into consideration. He was very upfront about the time I was looking at and also up front about what he was gonna try and get me prison time wise. He’s a great lawyer and money well spent. He never submitted the document after the hearing that was requested by the judge. He never listened to the case properly before the hearing and ended up not completing important document submission. He didn't respond or pick up my calls after the hearing when I had contacted him about the document. Wish I could give him negative stars! Don't waste your money on this one! Doesn't complete the job that he wad paid for!
