Jason is affordable, knowledgeable, and personable. He took care of a Class E felony assault charge for my boyfriend that happened at the beginning of 2024. I was attacked and my boyfriend protected me. The state picked up charges with the attacker as the victim. Jason was able to prove this wasn’t the case in such a timely manner. No trial was necessary as the case was dismissed after the preliminary hearing. Jason is very professional and can explain things in such a respectful way. My experience with him was wonderful. I can’t recommend Jason Korner enough. I first hired him in 2008 at the beginning of his career, and during that time he was able to negotiate a deal that gave me a chance at redemption to be a productive member of society in what I consider to be the perfect example of justice, as a 17 yo first time offender. Jason Korner filed for a hearing in August. He then proceeded to not notify that a hearing was scheduled, so nobody showed up for the hearing, including himself, and a warrant was issued. Nobody answers the phone when you call his office. Nobody response to emails. *UPDATE* Mr. Korner was able to get back with us and is working on a resolution.
