My experience with Julianna Nicks was incredible. She knows and understands the legal landscape in her area including all of its players. She looked out for my child’s best interest as well as helped create an outcome that could help promote healing in our coparenting dynamic. Keeping unnecessary costs low was a priority to her. She is real, intelligent, honest, and incredibly strategic. There are some TERRIBLE lawyers out there who will just tell you what you want to hear, keep you angry to keep the fight going and drain your pockets for their own benefit. Julianna is not one of them, I’m so glad I trusted her. She is worth her weight in gold.

My son was caught in a technicality that would have been VERY expensive if he had plead to the violation. Mr. Nicks was dogged in his pursuit of the facts, stood up to the municipalities tactics, and got the violation dismissed. He did exceptional work, and I would highly recommend him.

Doesn’t call and discuss case with client and when he has clear evidence of handwriting he chooses to not properly defend client. Not someone I’d use for criminal cases.
