If I could give her 0 stars I would. She shouldn’t be practicing. She goes where the money is and who paid her. She was terrible. She meet with me for maybe 20-30 minutes and only cared if I owned my home, how much it cost, how much money I made, and my job title. She had no interest in me as a mother. Now my child is living with a herion addict uncle and a pill popping and pot smoking grandmother. All because they have hand me down money. I am suing and filing many complaints. The injustice needs to stop and they need to start doing what’s in the child best interest.

Jennifer Getty doesn’t care about the child at all. I’m the child that she was suppose to protect. She was suppose to be my lawyer and protect me but she did the opposite. Instead of keeping my best interest in mind. She went where the money was and put me in the hands of the abuser. I told her so many times that I was being abused and that I need to get out of this house. She never listened to me or advocated for me at all. If she is on your case then I’m truly sorry. She will not protect your kid at all. She will go where the money is and will only traumatize your kid.

Jennifer Getty does not have the best interest of the children in mind, only which parent pays the GAL fee. After suffering abuse from my ex spouse for years and a serious lack of coparenting, this lawyer decided my children would be better off with this abuser and manipulator. She is clearly biased toward who has money as her main deciding factor was that my ex husbands girlfriend owned a house. I also was told I couldn’t have my children due to past marijuana use and was never asked or given an opportunity to prove it wasn’t current. Some lawyer. I’m still suffering the effects of her decisions two years later having to coparent with someone who doesn’t respond to me checking in on my kids and who actively undermines my parenting. Beware.
