I requested a translation service that turned into a nightmare. I do NOT recommend using this type of service at these offices. They translate and do whatever they want and then charge you extra to get what you requested. It's a terrible service.

Your calls are recorded without them telling you, which is an infringement on the client. The receptionist told me I'm not bring recorded and rudely transferred me over to an associate. I hung up. Associate calls and says she listened to my recorded line from the receptionist despite the receptionist saying I'm not bring recorded. Then the associate says this is a recorded line when I asked her and she says you should've known that. The automated system doesn't say it. They're asking for a law suit.
I am very grateful to everyone at Attorney Redmann's office, from the secretary who works at the front desk, who is very attentive and makes you feel comfortable upon arrival, to the paralegals and the attorneys who are all excellent and made sure I won my case and got the most out of it. I truly recommend them 100%. It's a win-win situation, and if I have another accident, I would definitely come back.
