I was involved in a MVA in which the other vehicle was clearly at fault. Unfortunately, the other driver and insurance company denied liability. To my surprise even my own insurance sided with the other party. I felt helpless, things looked very bleak and I was in excruciating pain. I had severe whiplash symptoms including neck pain, headache symptoms, depression and could not afford treatment. Fortunately I was introduced to Mr. Hwang. He was able to get the other insurance to admit fault. My car was fixed and all my medical bills were paid. I feel much better and am no longer in pain. I also received a good settlement.
