My wife and I worked with Kevan Warren to develop a trust and our wills. The experience was clear, straightforward and reasonable in cost. If you want to make it easier, faster, and more straightforward to transfer assets at your passing, a trust is a very good approach. Also, trusts have more flexibility than just a Will.

We had to update our will and trust and Kevan was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and informed. For him it isn't just a "one off," either. He's committed to working with the family as circumstances change. It's a great comfort knowing we have someone we can trust to take care of all these legal and financial issues for us well into the future. He charges by the hour (many lawyers charge a flat fee), but he's so efficient that it ended up costing much less than what larger firms quoted us. Very, very highly recommended.
