Found myself in an extreme predicament but reached out and hired Mr. O'Grady after meeting him only one time. He and his team are very good at their jobs. They communicate well and are very thorough as well as knowledgeable concerning rules and regulations about DUI cases. I was very pleased with how he represented me in my absence during the earlier hearings and while in person at the suppression hearing. Thank you for everything!!

Their number is no longer in service. They might be currently in business, but if they can't keep their number updated, I'm unsure if I'll ever trust them with legal issues

After a year in a half Kevin supported in getting my case dismissed at the adlro and dismissed in court. He is not the cheapest but the result speak for themselves. My incidents happened in June 2022 I had a interlock system in my car July 2022 and out of my car by September 2022 and I had my license back. Kevin isn't there to make you feel better so as you go through the process while he is confident and that helped me a bit with the stress. Kevin's office team Linda/Rachel made me feel better. The office team emailed me how excited they were when the adlro decision came in the mail. I'm mentioning the ADLRO part more because off the bat Kevin was most confident in Court case. He was 50/50 on the ADLRO part but he knocked that out the park.

When you research lawyers after your arrest, you really don't know who to depend on. You actually don't even know which lawyer can get the job done vs those who are just looking for a quick payment. Mr. Kevin O'Grady, told me he has won 97% of his cases and HE TOLD ME THE TRUTH. HE IS WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY HE IS ASKING FOR. I have had court appointed lawyers before, and these lawyers WILL NOT work as hard as Mr. O'Grady. One lawyer actually suggested I accept the guilty plea without even trying, he barely read the police report. The court appointed lawyers will basically do the bare minimum and accept whatever judgement is handed down. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Mr. O'Grady was professional, courteous, and explained throughly how the case was going to be handled. He provides constant feedback and paperwork for his clients to follow up on. If you have any questions, his assistant LINDA will respond within hours. She is the best!, everybody who works under him can be trusted. He is flexible with payment and will allow you to pay at a pace that is reasonable. My case was DISMISSED and he even restored the possible SIX YEAR REVOCATION on my license from the ADLRO. 6 Years is a mighty long time not be able to drive legally. HE RESTORED EVERYTHING. I called to inquire about an issue, the rep kept her promise and called back she was helpful and kind. The representative was so sweet and understanding. She took time out her busy schedule to ask Mr. Kevin if he could help. Although, Mr. Kevin was not able to assist in this type of case he and his staff was still helpful in guiding me to find the right person who can hopefully help. I found their contact through google search and with great reviews decided to take a chance in calling. I am thankful I got to speak to her and appreciate their time and help.
