Mr. YANEZ provided me with great advice for a very complicated case. I've paid for consultations that weren't half as beneficial... After your advice. I took the initiative and reviewed the statues that pertained to my case. I won Pro Se and Pro Per in both AZ court of Appeals and the Superior Court. You were right about being cautious of the representation i had in Az. Their office were definitely practing law in an unethical manner.

This attorney will only take your money and will fight against your best interest. Do not waste your money, time and peace of mind with this useless attorney. We have everything in our favor to win and he still managed to get us a deal were we came out as the aggressors and lost everything ! DONT HIRE THIS FIRM!!!

They helped my mom through a messy divorce. If you're Latino there might be a cultural difference since people here are very blunt and to the point handling cases, but trust that they'll help you through it. Ms. Jenni, the paralegal, always answered our calls and helped us even though we would call so often (driven by stress of a legal system we did not understand). A few years back I got arrested and I didn know who to call. I called a bunch of lawyers and all of the them turn me down, they said they couldn’t help me but Luis yanez office told me they could and the price was reasonable and affordable. We went to court for almost a year and half and in the end lawyer Luis Yañez helped me get the best deal. I couldn’t even believe it, my family couldn’t believe, that day I thought I wasn’t gonna see my family anymore but here I am today writing this review. I can’t thank enough for what Luis yanez did for me and my family.

Everyone talks about the experience they have. We unfortunately had a really bad experience with this lawyer, my husband was arrested after a fight for assault, we hired Luis Yanez in December 2024, he would go to courts and inform of us of little to no nothing, when we would call no one would answer, when they would answer they would put us on hold and then say they would call us and never call us. What was supposed to be an easy case turned bad because we knew nothing and on the last court we had, lawyer wasn’t at court and they told us it was dismissed. The next day my husband was once against arrested because they said the charges had changed which we were never informed of from our lawyer. Honestly horrible customer service, lawyer and paralegal are not on the same page, no one knows anything and he doesn’t put his clients as priority, in all honesty it felt like we were just a pay check for him and that was it, he was unbothered by the fact that my husband was arrested again for the same thing. His response was call the bail bond and call me when he’s out. Additionally he said it would be a new charge. We decided to look for someone more competent.

Alejandra Valdez came recommended to me, and I’m really glad I worked with her. She made the divorce process clear, efficient, and as stress-free as something like this can be. She was always professional, responsive, and kept things moving even when there were delays on the other side. I appreciated her steady approach and how easy she made a difficult situation feel. Yañez toke my case and won ! He listens even if I felt I was hysterical, he was calm and listened, no judgement. His calm demeanor soothes your soul , he doesn't fill you with lies , very blunt which is something I admire. He goes in like your older sibling coming to protect you , in your hour of need . If you're in a hurry, this office isn't the best option! Getting in touch with them is a struggle. The secretary is unfriendly, they never answer unless you call more than six times, they don't schedule your appointments, and they charge you first, only to tell you they have no experience with your case.

This office has 0 communication skills it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone I had to drive to El Paso from Dallas just to find out I didn’t have there are false promises made and this is just a misdemeanor he was also appointed to my case by the court and he shows that little guy doesn’t matter I would not recommend him to anyone
