I retained Mr. Simons services back in 2017 when I opened my business. My former employers lawyer tried to insinuate and make threats that I was not allowed to conduct business within a 100 mile radius of his clients business. My experience with this attorney was REALLY bad. I've had an agreement with him for about seven months but NEVER saw his face. He did not provide me with updates on my case unless I called or emailed him. When I contacted him he was slow to respond. He told me that he filed my court case, but cancelled the first filing because he made a mistake with the pleading. I received this information almost a month and a half after he told me he filed. He told me he filed a second time but did not provide me any of the filing information. He did give me a court date but two days before the date he sent me an electronic message citing his withdrawal, a link to my file which did not work, and he abandoned me.

Mark is exceptional to work with, his desire too help his clients is proven over and over again. If you need legal help he is your guy.

Mark L. Simons is the Harvey Specter of Virginia Traffic Law!!! He wasn't even my original attorney, but he was nice enough to take my case with almost no notice. I could not attend court myself as I live up north, but he went in on my behalf with what I thought would be an unwinnable case. We were just hoping for the minimum sentence (a $125 fine with court costs, a 3 point deduction on my license, and a mandatory 8 hour driving course) and he managed to get the whole thing dismissed! I didn't have to pay a dime to the court, but every penny on legal representation with Mark is money well spent!
