Michael Hayes did amazing! Had an OWI charge against me. My case was dismissed due the judge seeing that the MCSO had no articulable belief that I had any signs of driving while under the influence and that no damages appeared on my vehicle as a caller had called and said I was in an accident. Attorney Hayes stuck around and believed in the case for a 7-8month stretch of answering any question my wife and I had. He believes in his work and his office reflects that. He has the knowledge and experience to help anyone with an OWI case against them.

My third offense operating under the influence case was dismissed after Attorney Hayes filed a motion showing that my rights were violated when the officer entered my garage. He did a great job!
