Stay away from this guy. About 15 years ago I got a settlement but out of it was about $45,000 in expenses (much of it made up bs) when I picked up my settlment cashier check is when he brought to my attention that there was minus 45,000 but he was still waiting for the receipts to comein. . Being young I signed that he gave them to me with his promise he would mail them to me. Guess what I never received??? Hes a crook and just over all a bad guy.The settlement I got was pennies compared to what other people have gotten for less of a case. Im surprised he is still in practice. Im sure he has robbed other people too and I hope we can all come together and put a stop to him doing this to his future clients. Mike Loewen is a true bottom feeder! Any positive reviews here Im sure he used stollen .money to pay people to leave. Yea Mike, I havent forgotten about you... I really hope this post detours many good people that would have otherwise fallen victim to you.

My first call went very badly, highway patrol report stated I was not at fault, pothole, the secretary repeatedly asked for my name, if you are not able to remember your paydays name, how can you defend a guaranteed win?
