As a court reporter in the State of Texas, I have had lots of interactions with lots of attorneys. When my son needed an attorney, I called Mike Howard, among others, shopping for help with my son's probation violation. After talking with Mike, I knew I didn't need to call anyone else. He was so sincere and helpful in my consultation. He was hired that day. The work he did for my son was incredible. He was on the ball instantly. He did the unimaginable. He was able to get a bond for my son, which was insane. No one thought my son would get a bond. Then after a couple months of negotiating with the DA, he negotiated my son right back onto probation supervision, instead of jail time. What an amazing attorney! He did such a great job for my son! I spoke with him on the phone consultation, once in person at the time of getting my son's bond and several times via text and email. He was so on top of everything. I brought him a newspaper article, and he scanned it right there in the courthouse and put it in my son's file. Same with the digital copies of some news clips, downloaded and added them to my son's file right then and there. The communication Mike and his team gave to my son and I was unlike any other experience with any other law firm. They have a portal for private communication, and they get back to you so quickly most of the time. Other times, it's within the next business day. Out~fricken~standing! That's what my military judge, Colonel Grammel, at the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) always said when something was done well or above standard. Motion for non disclosure cases in Texas. Over the course of several years I contemplated what was the best course of action and what attorney could help me best. I have never had to look for a lawyer prior to the situation that I placed myself in. I decided Mr. Howard is my guardian angel. I am on probation out of one of the strictest counties in Texas. It's a zero-mistake probation where one failed drug test = prison.
