The Law Office of Mitch Krause was recommended to me by 2 other attorneys who insured me he was the Best Attorney for my case. I contacted his office and was set up for an appointment right away. I met with Attorney Krause and he explained to me what I was up against and I hired him that very same day. He is an up front attorney and he will tell you like it is no beating around the bush. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of attorney Krause and his paralegal Lauren. I came to Attorney Krause after my previous Lawyer completely dropped the ball and did not file things on time. If anyone has gone through anything that involves court, they know how miserable it is. Having an attorney that is honest and straightforward is crucial!! There are many attorneys out there that will try to sell you a fake narrative for more money. I can honestly say he won’t. is this lawyer more for family cases or criminal cases?

Mitchel Krause did a great job. He was there to help at every turn and was always easy to reach. He kept me apprised of what was going on in my case and did a fantastic job finding resolution.

BE WARNED, this is a long review and well worth the read! If I could give more stars to this review, I would. Mitch was everything plus more when it comes to an attorney. Most people pay for mediocre attorneys like my ex-husband did. Mitch, was responsive, he paid attention to detail, worked after hours to complete my request, he was aggressive when he needed to be and understanding at the right times. Mitch, made the process of divorce less stressful than I could’ve ever imagined. He could also be a little funny at times but that’s what made this process of divorce not as terrible as it could’ve been. I hired them to file a joint stipulation in regards to removing my back of child support. They stuck by my side until the very end to make sure the job is completed in the back on child support was completely removed. Mitchel Kraus is absolutely an awesome attorney. I am 75 and wanted a will done so I called Mitchel's office. Even though he is a criminal attorney he said he would do it for me. I got an appointment right away and met with Mitchel. He did my will for me very quickly, and he was so kind and professional. He had handled my son's child custody case many years ago, of which he won the case with full custody. This was back when fathers usually didn't ever win custody. He really fought hard for this case. Mitch is a knowledgeable, aggressive, honest and fair attorney. I hired Mitch for a paternity case. When I hired Mitch, he explained the outcome and was honest about how the case would resolve. After over a year, several hearings and a trial, Mitch got the exact results he told me he would get when I initially hired him. Mitch was approachable and made himself available when issues would come up where I needed his guidance. Mitch was thrown a curve ball a couple days before the final trial and was able to mitigate that. Lauren, who is Mitch's legal assistant is nothing short of amazing and was very knowledgeable. A little frustrating to get a hold of someone. We went on their website to look for contact information and a box kept popping up that said enter your information with the reason for your inquiry and someone from the office will reach out to you. We got a notification that it was sent, but we haven't heard back from them. After a month my husband decided to call around 1pm and could not get a hold of the receptionist. We would like to work with them based on a positive recommendation, but it doesn't seem like they're in any rush to get a hold of you. Why have an option to leave your information and the reason for your inquiry if no one will reach out? Not even a sorry that's not what we practice. Not a good look.
