I just wanted to share a review of Morgan Smith, Attorney in Nashville. I contacted her about a recent custody issue, and while I did not ultimately retain her services, (It was a scheduling conflict) I found her to be relatable, easy to discuss issues with, and an immediate rapport with her instantly gave me confidence in her abilities. She asked all the right questions and answered mine with direct and honest answers. Morgan is an emotionally intelligent attorney, which is exactly what I was looking for. If not for the schedule conflict, I would have retained her services. While she will not sugar-coat things for you, her intuitiveness, and frankness with sensitivity, is what sets her apart from others in her field. Highly Recommend.

Atty Morgan Smith and her staff are not thorough,they are evasive,ambiguous, and very unprofessional. After paying Morgan Smith a substantial fee to represent my son in a visitation case she basically has not communicated any Information in regards to the case in over 4 weeks. When you call her office her staff can not answer any questions that you may have, and on more than one occasion the phone was hung up in our face. I would not recommend Morgan Smith to anyone.
