Adam Paltz and Zach Munoz have both helped my husband and myself in our case we began in September 2021. The above comment from the lawyers is exactly how we feel, "we couldn't be happier" with the firm, as well as their Para Legal. They have worked so hard trying to push the case forward, while the Defendant fights them "tooth and nail" at every turn. She said in the beginning she would "do everything she can to delay the case" so we would have "to spend as much money" as possible. It is a nightmare! The Defendant has been denied So many motions, and every time gets angry and does something to get back at us. Yet, she continues to submit to the court motions which have been denied. She calls us vulgar names, (reminds me of a 5th grader who learned a new word), whenever we are outside. She fabricates and embellishes her fraudulence with yet outrageous claims. This firm has been patient and has a complete handle on the case. Meanwhile, she has been found guilty of assault on my Huband and has hit him with her truck knocking him down and injuring him (he is 78, add elder abuse).
