I would 100% recommend Neil. He was very down to earth, easy to get a hold of and made the entire process smooth. Things that we specifically appreciated: communication was stellar. We felt informed on where we were in the process. Plus, we always felt like we understood what was going on and if we had a question Neil was happy to answer questions until we felt like were on the same page. On top of that when information was presented we could walk away and understand the pros / cons of our decision. We really appreciated how smooth the process was.

There’s no denying Neil’s excellence when it comes to practicing law. Not only is he very knowledgeable but he is extremely relatable, which helped ease our minds immediately. Even when we came across an issue he didn’t specialize in, he contacted an attorney who did and helped us with the transition.

In January of 2019 I got some bad diesel at a fuel station causing my car to break down (this is why you should always save your receipt!). Also, if something like this happens to you make sure you take your car to a mechanic immediately and save a fuel sample. After months of back and forth with the station's supplier I was getting nowhere close to receiving any reimbursement for over $10K of out of pocket expenses to get my car fixed. As soon as Neil got involved, literally the next day the supplier admitted fault and started negotiating a settlement. Within a week they made their initial offer which was unsatisfactory. I asked Neil to reject the offer and negotiate with them. We managed to get an offer which covered all of my expenses only a few weeks after Neil got involved. Overall my experience with Neil was fantastic. He is highly professional, a good negotiator and an excellent communicator of complex legal situations. I highly recommend talking with him about your vehicle related legal situation.
