Tennessee State Patrol had a devious section of road where the speed went from 70 to 55. I got popped doing 78 just across that line. Moving in pace with all the other traffic… whadda ya gonna do?? I live hundreds of miles away, so going to court on my own was a nonstarter. I received an unsolicited letter from Paul’s office. My ticket was going to cost me $273.25 plus 4 points on my license!! Paul charged me $475 and of that, $205 was court costs. So he really only charged me $270 to be represented, have my case dismissed and zero smerch on my driving record! He communicated very well and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Mr. Paul Hensley is an honest attorney, who is not out to take advantage or overcharge you, a rare find these days. Hire him. He is excellent and professional. A blessing to me for sure getting my ticket dismissed. Huge stress reliever. Thank you so much, Mr. Paul.

5 stars is not enough for Paul. Please, if you are looking for an attorney Paul is the best choice for you, I hired him over the phone and he went to court for my son and got a traffic ticket dismissed I was 100 percent satisfied with his services and again, thank you so muchPaul and his team.

I just received a letter in the mail that my speeding ticket was dismissed. Paul and his team did an excellent job. I hope to never have to use their services again, but I most definitely will if I need them.

I’m very please with the work Paul Hensley did for me. I hired him over the phone and he went to court for me and got a speeding ticket dismissed for $410, a big part of which were court costs. Other attorneys wanted between $400 to $800 without court costs. Dealing with a traffic ticket is not pleasant, but Mr. Hensley makes it as least unpleasant as possible.

Paul was amazing! He answered the phone on a Sunday and was polite caring and attentive. In the end he got all charges dropped and all monies paid out to parties refunded to me. In addition he got the matter completely EXPUNGED at NO Added CHARGE~! I was flabbergasted! Dude is on target, on point, and deadly accurate at what he does. If you don't use Paul pray the other guy doesn't either. I would not want to go up against him in court. His reputation and relationship with other attorneys and the local DA are exemplary! The DA in my case dropped all charges and closed the matter as soon as he saw that Paul was my attorney. Period. Not out of intimidation but admiration and respect and of course the merits of our case. Paul Hensley is THE MAN!

Be wary! This man clearly did not have my best interests at heart. He actually tried to convince me to plea guilty. I said “no” and he said “but aren’t you scared of going to trial?” Like he just didn’t want to do his job. He wanted to get on to the next case and it was evident. It only worked out okay for me because I fought HIM and won. Yeah.. Don’t waste your money.

Huge shout out to this guy I was so scared about the tickets I had gotten on my bike the day before going to cdl school for a new job he got them all dismissed to court cost I would reccomend this man and his associates to any one !!!!! THANK YOU PAUL!!!

I am a very happy satisfied customer and will recommend Paul in a heartbeat.
