Very professional and pleasant
Attorney Chalker successfully helped me evict a tenant who refused to leave. With just a few interactions with the tenant, his professionalism and experience convinced the tenant to move out. I was able to not go to court and settle the case quickly. Well worth the funds I spent for his expertise. Thank you.

Bad Experience for me.
These people are not answering phones.
I had a tenant issues stemming from October 2020. I contacted this attorney in December and he promptly had me sign a legal retainer. I can tell you that that is the most communication I've ever had with this guy. The trail went cold. He did absolutely nothing. Didn't write a letter. Didn't file anything. Now we're at the end of February and I can't even contact him to fire him. Please know that I'm not one of these hired reviewers. This guy is either extremely lazy or my case just wasn't worth anything and if that was the case he should have told me. I got the pleasure of signing a retainer and literally that was it. Do yourself a favor.... keep searching. Miraculous how quickly a bad review gets a response. I'd surely like to be let out of my retainer without a lean. I can do better on my own in small claims court. Notice in the reply no letter was sent to the landlord. Nothing filed in court. Wasted my time and my window of opportunity.
