They truly believe in Innocent Until Proven Guilty. Evelyn was an outstanding person to ask questions and be informed by her answers. Her hard work and dedication truly show a level of respectable commendation deserving of her. Thank you once again.

I disagree with the comments. In my experience, it has been awful: a terrible delay in the case, impossible to communicate with the person assigned to you, and no one can give you precise answers. It's been six months, and I'm still in the same situation as the first day I had the accident.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. READ THE REVIEWS. It's been 9 months since my accident and this lawyer never shows up, doesn't answer, and knows nothing. I paid for my medical care out of my own pocket because it was urgent, so everything would move faster, and yet the lawyer refuses to sign the orders needed to finalize the case. He's always busy and doesn't have time to sign a document that the other insurance company has had ready for two months! DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE BECAUSE IN THE END YOU WILL BE WORSE OFF. THE ONLY PERSON WHO ANSWERS IS A VERY KIND AND POLITE YOUNG LADY WHO CAN ONLY SAY THAT THE LAWYER HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO SIGN AND CANNOT ANSWER ANYTHING BECAUSE HE IS VERY BUSY OR IN A MEETING.

Everyone at this law office works collaboratively and with great dedication. Evelyn Garcia was instrumental in helping us resolve our case. We received an email the same day it was resolved and dismissed, providing us with prompt communication and double assurance. She is highly recommended to anyone who needs help.

Received a brochure from Raphael Sanchez firm in response to a traffic ticket I received. Brochure said they would fight my ticket in court to avoid my appearance, points, conviction, driving school, insurance increases, for $90. They are poor communicating, didn’t meet several court dates. Didn’t service me or relate final court dates or outcome. Dept of Florida motor vehicles notified me I have to be retested & have eye test & pass drivers test or I lose my license.. I would advise anyone not to use Sanchez. My accident was a very dark dead end road where I live. Just me & fence. No human, animal or other car.
