He represented my ex husband in our divorce. Got him paying minimum wage for his kids in our divorce when he lived with his, then new gf, in a 4 bedroom house worth half a million dollars at the time. He did not serve me properly in our divorce proceedings so I could show up to court, so the judge granted a custody order that I couldn’t even physically follow if I wanted to. I had to get our divorce overturned through legal aid, since once again my ex husband was putting his own kids mother at risk of being physically unable to care for them if I got arrested for non compliance with custody orders. I couldn’t afford an attorney like my ex husband who had been abusive and cheating through out our 4 year marriage who would rather spend his money on hiring an attorney to abuse me in court further instead of helping raise his 2 biological daughters. I had to move out of my Dallas metroplex because I could no longer afford to live there due to him neglecting his financial responsibility to his daughters so drastically . He also abandoned my oldest daughter completely that he had talked about legally adopting for years. He was the only “dad” she knew since she was 9 months old. If your a dead beat parent this attorney is definitely your guy! By the time my ex hired him he had already been absent from his daughters lives completely at least two years already
