I reached out to this firm for a consultation and was given a confirmed call time of 12:30 PM. I followed up, confirmed my availability, and provided my phone number. The call did not happen at the scheduled time. At 12:47 PM, when I reached out via email to confirm, I was told by Dominique Faye that they were still working on something else and would call shortly, without any advance notice of a delay. By 1pm the call had still not happened and as a result, I had to reschedule due to another commitment. While delays can happen, a lack of proactive communication reflects poorly on professionalism. Based on this experience, I was disappointed with the handling of a simple initial consultation and do not feel comfortable being represented by this firm.

Though I had the displeasure of purchasing a defective vehicle, I was lucky enough to work with Robert and Winnie on the resolve. They both were extremely easy to communicate with, straightforward, and gracious throughout. It’s obvious Robert and Winnie are true professionals, keeping me updated through the process and being transparent. I received full repayment, after about 6 months of signing with them. Though I hope to avoid a similar issue in the future, I know I have a great resource should the need arise.

If I could give this firm zero stars, I would. My Lemon Law case dragged on for over two years, and it was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. From the start, communication was terrible I’d go weeks or even months with no response, and when someone finally replied, all I ever heard was “we’re waiting.” That was their favorite line. The front desk woman was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially once I was close to signing the settlement. The attitude I got from her was completely unacceptable for a place that claims to help people dealing with stressful situations. I had a very strong case that should’ve ended in a full buyback, but instead they settled for a weak “cash and keep” deal that clearly favored the other side. I wasn’t even properly walked through what I was signing the “explanation” lasted maybe 30 seconds, and I was left in the dark about what was actually happening. After realizing how bad the deal was, I took the time to write a detailed letter explaining how disappointed I was and how unfair the outcome felt. Not one person from the firm had the professionalism to respond not even my own lawyer. This firm showed zero communication, zero accountability, and zero respect for their clients. They completely mishandled my case and left me stuck with a terrible outcome after years of waiting. Don’t make the same mistake I did stay far away from this place.

Not recommended. They burned my case by ending up settlement even though the car could be lemon. They did not even bother themselves to provide me with an in person appointment. I did not see who I worked with , only email.
