After my husband passed away during a work trip I was reassured by the insurance company that they would take care of everything. I had just lost my whole world and at least I wouldn't need to worry about the medical bills. Unfortunately, when me and my daughters returned home to mourn and plan the funeral, I received a letter that the claim had been rejected. I immediately called a lawyer. Not being from the area, I found one, but they were ineffective and soon sold my case to another firm. That firm closed it's workmans comp department and after about a year and a half in limbo my case wound up with yet another attorney! I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but within a few months, that attorney was working towards a resolution and things were finally happening. As part of the process, she connected me with Ryan. With so many decisions to make and my daughters future in my very inexperienced hands, Ryan stepped in to represent my girls while the other firm took care of me. I wanted to make sure all the decisions that had to be made were in the best intrest of my kids and he not only fought for everything my children were entitled to, but also connected me with experts in his circle to help me figure out how to make the most of it for them. I cannot express how grateful I am that Ryan represented my kids. He not only made sure the legal stuff was taken care of, he made sure I knew about all the options afterwards. He ensured that my husband still got to provide the future he wanted for our girls. Together, Ryan and my attorney got us closure. When it was settled I didn't have hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills hanging over my head anymore and I could just be a mom again. I could honor my husband and the girls could celebrate the life of their father, and we could do it knowing that by sheer luck, and maybe some devine intervention from their dad, my file wound up on the desk of the best workmans comp lawyers in the state. My family and I are incredibly grateful for all of the long hours, hard work, and dedication that Ryan put in to helping us. Just after the 2-year anniversary of losing my husband, the case was finally finished and I could breathe again, knowing I had made sure my girls were taken care of. Where to start? I literally had one of the most life-changing events of my life happen. And I had bad experiences with some other lawyers that I tried to reach out to and then Mr. Hoover came across my plate. he helped me with the process from beginning to end was 100% upfront honest reliable.
