Mr.Scott A Bernstein is a great lawyer. I was charged with possession of marijuana and a DWI. My charge carried up to 180 days in the county to me it wasn't much time so I was ready to sign to get the case over with, but Mr.Scott was sure he can beat the case. He wouldn't let me sign he stayed positive throughout the whole process he motivated me to do the same as well. Staying positive turned out to be a plus because he was right. Both cases were thrown out with lack of evidence as he said from beginning.

Far beyond initial expectation

When I got into an accident all I thought was “this is such a set back, I can’t recover from this.” Until I was blessed with a lawyer like Scott. The day of my accident, actually not the day, about 2 hours after my accident! Scott was helping me from start to finish. He made sure I got the therapy I needed, called to check on me and make sure I took care of my self. And if he wasn’t there he made sure somebody else was! When he was done helping me he still made sure I was okay and he also explained everything to me, making sure I had no questions left. I will always and only recommend Scott to anybody that needs a lawyer!
