Mike, we are disappointed to see your review. We do hundreds of closings a year and this is a rare occurrence for us. We represented you for over three months, had no less than two dozen email chains, countless phone calls and interactions with you and your wife, your lender, the seller's attorney, your agent and the title company. We helped you negotiate any issues that arose with the other side and answered all of your questions. With regard to the closing, I was out of town with my family, which always comes first for me. As we discussed but your review did not mention, I did have an attorney lined up to go through the documents with you, but they had a family emergency come up the day before your closing. I immediately notified you that I could do the closing by phone, FaceTime or I would get another attorney to cover if you would rather have someone physically present. I then worked into the evening to make sure an attorney was at your closing. The attorney was present and the closing went very smoothly. With regard to the sublease, you sent one email asking about it and I did indicate I would look into it. The next email we received regarding the subject was that you were confirming the closing date as you were lining up a tenant. I know closings can be stressful and I am sorry you felt that stress at closing. We try our best to avoid that, but I am glad the other three months we represented you were satisfactory.

Cesar, we are always disappointed to see reviews like this and strive to do our best for every client. This review comes 5 years after we represented you and your complaint was over an issue that was not part of our original representation of you. Additionally we did notify the appropriate parties on your behalf in order to assist you and then after we denied your request to refund our fee from 2018, you wrote this review. We appreciate your frustration, but are confident we represented you well in 2018.
