Mr. DeSalvo took my case when I wasn't sure I had one. he worked on and we fought for a long time. It didn't look good. But he was able to get me more than I thought I would get. He did a great job and he is great at explaining how injury cases go. Great lawyer.

This person was never a client of mine. it is the friend of a former unhappy client. Take it for what it is worth.
Horrible lawyer take your case somewhere else he billed me almost 9 thousand on a 20k case and said the medical bills were covered come to find out he didn’t pay any medical bills and I am now getting collection letters. Save your time and money and go somewhere. He will take advantage of you. What benefit do I get from hiding medical bills that I will later have to pay for? Stupidity is coming out of his mouth. They never answer phone calls, he knew I had an unpaid bill in the specific hospital yet chose to not pay it and not mention anything about it. I’m angry because of desalvos dishonesty and just because he’s in it for the money not the people. And I did show up to your office to speak about the unexpected bills it’s funny how you didn’t have time to talk to me but you have time to respond to reviews.
This client hid a medical bill from me until after the case was over, and then, wanted me to pay his medical bill out of my pocket, which is not ethical under Illinois law. He showed up at my office without an appointment, could not wait 5 minutes for me to finish my conference call to talk to him, and then immediately stormed off and wrote this negative review.<br><br>We do more to answer client calls, respond to client requests, and make sure clients understand every aspect of the process than anyone I know.<br><br>But, if a person is angry and impatient and hides information from me, they will never be satisfied.<br><br>Some people create their own problems, and it is hard to help them. We still try. I am sorry he is disappointed, but that's why we get every client's WRITTEN CONFIRMATION of all related medical bills BEFORE we settle the case. What happens if they hide information from me is beyond my power or responsibility.

Literally the worst lawyer. If you want to talk to someone call any other number you’ll have better luck.
There are some people with problems who I try to help, but who cannot be helped, either because they are so angry at their situation, or for other reasons a lawyer should not publicly discuss.<br><br>I have a toll-free 24 hour number that anyone can call 24-7-365 (312-500-4500). I have a dedicated employee whose sole job it is to return calls from clients who need help or have questions. And I hired her, and I trained her. I meet with and discuss clients and cases with her every day. She is a very nice person, diligently answers call and calls people back. Since my telephone system is computerized, I can track every phone calls and every hang up and every voice message. And I do, because client satisfaction is very important to me.<br><br>Based on my actual knowledge, my office does a GREAT job of calling people back. And we did with Conner.<br><br>While I have my private opinions about what is fueling Conner's review and allegations, I will not share them here. Instead, I hope he finds what he is looking for in life and can find some peace.<br><br>Based upon the way he addressed my employees, his decision to find a different lawyer was the right one, and the feeling is mutual.
