After working with this office, I’m honestly beyond frustrated. Communication has been terrible from the start. Calls go unanswered, emails take forever to get a response (if you even get one), and updates on the case feel like you have to beg for them. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve seen them push hard and stay on top of other clients’ cases, but when it came to mine, it felt like it was handled once and then forgotten. After that, there was no urgency, no follow-up, and no real effort to move things forward unless I constantly reached out first. As a client, you expect your lawyer to advocate for you and keep you informed. Instead, I felt like I was doing the chasing and the organizing myself. It shouldn’t be that hard to get basic communication and consistency. If responsiveness and client communication matter to you, I would seriously think twice. This experience was stressful, disappointing, and nowhere near the level of professionalism I expected.

After 2 years of being a client with The Law Office of Shayan Noor, my experience reflected nothing like the other 5 star reviews. My partner and I had to constantly chase for an update, ring numerous times with no call back, had multiple emails sent with no responses (or just a one worded response), appointments would be completely forgotten by their team and we often had to look up information on our own to satisfy our questions about our case. The worst part is, at the end of it all, we were told the last part was the easiest and only one more step was needed. When we attempted to contact them about that step,, it took them over a month to respond, they missed the meeting we had set up, took them over a week to send the email with information and then in the email they advised they would need to charge us another $5k for a visa process that we didn’t even need. After being extremely stressed out from having to chase and chase to get that email with another bill, I looked up the next steps from the initial email they sent me (over 2 years ago), found the paperwork item number listed and completed it by myself. It only took 3hrs. I really wish my experience reflected the other reviews listed. The visa process was already hard enough, but our lawyers made it that much harder. **** Update - the final half of the process that I completed by myself for my adjustment of status and work authorisation was just approved. Just to recap - spent 3hrs on the documents they wanted to charge me $5k for.
