I arrived for my appointment and they gave me a million excuses, like I didn't answer calls, even though I didn't have any missed calls. I asked why they didn't leave voicemails, and they said the line was full, but I was just getting a voicemail. So many excuses, such poor professionalism. I canceled commitments only to be met with this. I'm furious! 😡😡😡😡😡

I do not recommend this place!! First my mother and I went in for a consultation, we didn’t meet with the lawyer since she was “too busy” but we got the assistant. She listened to us and gave us recommendations until we got a lawsuit they could attend us but they agreed to represent us when the time came around (it was in writing too) So we got the lawsuit we expected and when I called I sent them the info regarding the case as they requested and they(assistant) said they would get back to us. Never heard from them so I called again and they said they couldn’t represent us anymore and they would refer us to some. You would think they would refer us to someone that they know could take the type of civil case but no they referred us to someone random that doesn’t specialize in that much less know them. I called back and NO ANSWER. I’m more upset about them not keeping their word. If they agreed to take our case why switch up all of a sudden. Instead of wasting our time we could’ve been looking for a more competent lawyer. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR TAKE THERE WORD!!
