I was ticketed for a driving infraction. By luck, I happened to pull over in the parking lot of the building right next to Mr. Baker's office. As the State Trooper pulled behind me, I turned my head and saw Mr. Baker's sign. I snapped a picture of it on my phone then pulled out my registration etc. The Trooper was very professional. When I got to the homestead, I left a message on Mr. Baker's voicemail. The next morning, he called me back with a fair price. He didn't make any guarantees but felt he could get it reduced. He let me know that it would probably be the week of the court date before the prosecutor would have a chance to review the case. He had me pull my DMV record (which is pristine). I sent it, payment, a copy of the summons, and a brief narrative of what occurred. When I had a question, I would email him. He quickly and thoroughly answered questions. The week of, he let me know that he had a fruitful conversation with the prosecutor and that my presence in court would not be required. Immediately after court, he let me know that he was able to get the case DISMISSED. The dismissal was contingent upon simply completing of an online 8hour driver course and paying court costs. I had HOPED for a reduction. A complete dismissal was not even on my radar. Thank you, Mr. Baker! 5/5. No notes.

Taylor Baker is a great attorney. I am from out of state and was pulled over in Bath County for 73 in a 55 (18 over). I did research and found Taylor’s law firm online. His lawyer fee was very affordable and reasonable. I talked to a couple lawyers prior to see my options, and Taylor was the most affordable and was even recommended by another lawyer who would’ve charged $700 due to having a 2 hour commute to Bath county. It’s a small town so there wasn’t many options but I’m glad Taylor was an option! He was very straight forward and polite over the phone and told me all the possible outcomes with obviously none of them being guaranteed. I had the best possible outcome, and am completing an online 8 hour driving course ordered by the court which will then dismiss the ticket entirely. Nothing to show up on my driving record and no insurance increases. Thank you Taylor!
