I strongly recommend NOT doing any business with Tiecia she is very unprofessional my son was injured at a daycare she took on my case and I noticed she wasn’t responding to my calls or messages I asked her to drop me as a client she refused and told me she was going to make sure she fought for us and take care of everything months went by she stop responding all together she set 3 appointments which she canceled or didn’t show up to at all it’s been over 6 months and she dropped me as a client she didn’t do anything but waist my time and lie super unprofessional if I could leave zero stars I would

I’m sure they’re great with clients, but I would strongly advise against doing business with her in a chiropractic or medical office setting. My team and I agreed to and signed their reduction request over a year ago, in May 2024, and we still haven’t been paid. If you’re unfamiliar with the personal injury process, once both parties agree and sign, the check should arrive within a month. This isn’t a huge sum—we’re talking about $1,500—but we’ve yet to see payment. Every time we call to speak with one of the attorneys, they just happen to be “out of the office.” It’s extremely unprofessional and, frankly, ridiculous.
