I cannot say enough good things about Tiffany and how she has represented me over the last 8-9 years. This was for a difficult divorce and then again for emergency custody and then fighting over visitation. She has given sound and reasonable advice. She has fought hard to represent me in a very difficult divorce and custody case. She has been there at all times for me. She has become a friend through all of this. Tiffany and Russ are there to acknowledge my thoughts and concerns and never dismiss me in what I am thinking. It is nice having someone that is a parent that knows I want what is best for my girls. I love that she celebrates big life events with me and is happy for me and my children.

These attorneys recently helped me with my divorce and were so helpful during such a stressful time. Russ was my primary attorney but I worked with Tiffany on occasion as well and would recommend both. Their team approach to handling cases is very effective and I appreciate having two attorneys at my disposal.

Absolutely do NOT use Russ Jennings! I'm pretty sure a zombie showed up to court for me yesterday. He was not present even when the judge was addressing him. He was looking at his phone screen like he was confused. Not even doing anything on it, just staring at it while the judge was addressing him. He was confused and told me one thing, but when we got in front of the judge she ruled on something completely different. I had to raise my hand to ask if I could speak because my attorney had no clue what was going on. Then today I get an email from Tiffany that I need to pay my balance, or they will withdraw from me. When I explained how court went, she defended Russ and stated, "the ruling was based on the facts of the case and had nothing to do with his representation of me". I was unaware she was there to witness his representation of me or lack thereof. 10/10 Don't recommend.

I used her for a custody case and she was horrible. Took me months to get copies of the paperwork. She wouldnt do what I wanted would not recommend

Unprofessional attorneys. 2 years into a divorce and nothing was done. Hired a new attorney and got exactly what I needed. I wouldn’t recommend Tiffany or any of her staff. Nobody I know will be using them!

Contacted for information. In a call, she raised her voice, cut me off while I was speaking, and treated me like I was an idiot when trying to gain advisement. Mocked me when my decree wasn’t “done by an attorney” - and in a sarcastic tone basically told me to buzz off. 20/10 Would NOT recommend had ZERO compassion and is hateful and rude.

If I could give Tiffany Graves 1million stars on google I would! She handled a family law issue on my behalf and she was amazing. From start to finish she was very professional. She gave me valuable legal information and advise, she kept me updated on everything and always responded to my questions and concerns about my case. In court she was a champ...she knew the law, she presented it in a phenomenal way and remained professional and courteous even when the other side was not. I would recommend her to anyone seeking legal representation.

Terrible. Took my car injury case went beyond out of my way and finances to get medical records and everything ruse and calls after months and says over by
