Gave legal advice to my son's mother when he was supposed to be anunbiased and representing my son as the GAL with his best interests in mind. He was afraid of hurting my son's mothers feelings and made absurd recommendations for visitations. He is very wishy washy when it comes to making strong recommendations. He even encouraged a person with whom we had a restraining order against on my son's behalf to show up to school activities.. he really doesn't even deserve the "1" rating I gave him.

Poor communication

Tim helped me with my court case and was always easy to contact. Which is one of the most important parts when dealing with courts. He made the plan work that we put in place. I couldn’t be happier with him and would highly recommend. Affordable as well.

Tim is the kind of lawyer who will give you the best representation in court possible. I was caught with a small amount of drugs in Walworth county, and I was going to be charged with a felony as a first time offender. I had a previous lawyer try to bump down the change to a misdemeanor, but the assistant DA refused to negotiate. I had dropped my lawyer, and decided to have Tim represent me instead. Deciding to go with Tim was hands down the best decision I’ve ever made. Tim was able to get my charge dropped down to a misdemeanor successfully. Due to Tim’s experience in Walworth county I think he was the only person who could’ve pulled this off. Besides the fact that he is a great lawyer and good at his work Tim is a charismatic, kind, and well spoken individual. I would say Tim is the best man to have represent you, and your best chance of getting the outcome you want in court (especially in Walworth county). I wouldn’t suggest going to anyone else besides Tim.
