I am deeply disappointed with the legal services provided by Vanessa Frank. My father paid for her services, yet despite this, she has failed to follow through on his case. He has been unable to reach her, and she has not completed the necessary work to finalize his documents. It feels as though she accepted the payment and has no intention of getting back to us. Communication has been nonexistent, and we are left feeling completely ignored. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Vanessa Frank or her team.
