Horrible attorney. He failed to filed papers on time and by husband (now ex) took the case to another state.

This unorganized, unprofessional, poor excuse of a Matlock or Perry Mason had me waiting almost a year before he even really started working my case and then decides he doesn't want to work it. I found another attorney and he took care of it in less than 2 months.

Vern Richards is an awful lawyer, I asked him to help me with my divorce, which was the worst mistake I made, He was always late I have to write my own Decree twice because he didn't know what to do.... and still he did the opposite of what I was asking him,I hired him February 2016 and still haven't received my divorce papers, i didn't get anything I asked for is like he was on the other side, plus he is a racists, Now He won't answer my calls nor responded my email, PLEASE don't hired him, otherwise you going to waist your money and your time.
