1) I paid 1k for an early termination petition and expungement that was guaranteed, I just needed an attorney to get me in front of the judge. Initial conversations were brief but bakke seemed willing to take the job and see it through. They had me use their company portal to communicate with them . Over time I would check in with them to see if a court had been set up yet and they would respond in a reasonable amount of time. When I finally went to court bakke seemed kinda rushed like he was juggling a lot of cases as he had me and several other clients present at the same time. Wasn’t really an issue. However when the case was concluded and I was granted early termination I stepped outside the court room where Bakke explained that his paralegal will handle the rest and we will be in touch. They than proceeded to send me court paperwork with another clients name on it. When I asked why would they send me paperwork with someone else’s name on it the responses would come back to me very slow. It took about 2 months for them to get me paperwork with my name on it, however the paperwork was incomplete . I messaged them through their portal and called them on several occasions to help rectify the situation to which I have received no response. Overall I’d give him 2 stars for his mannerism, but it seems as if once he gets the money he moves on and forgets about you even if the job is incomplete. Im still currently trying to rectify the situation and would add a star or 2 if we can get the job done but I currently cannot give stars or rating for an incomplete job. Update: I got ahold of Mr Bakke and he is definitely a busy man. He was honest with me and took responsibility for the mishap. He and his team have taken the necessary steps to get this chapter closed in my life to which I’m really grateful for. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. But since I can’t I’d rather give 5 stars rather than 4.

Victor Bakke was able to get my court case dismissed/expunged in an incredibly timely manner. He saved me from living with a tainted criminal record, after being the target of a false accusation. He is most definitely worth the money, as he is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to get in contact with at any time of day. I usually don't write reviews, unless the service was truly poor. However, Victor Bakke made my heart-wrenching situation bearable, and then eventually disappear! Thus, I just had to thank him with a five-star review. Lastly, I must add! He does not judge your situation, never once did he express (indirectly or directly) his opinion on my innocence; or lack of it. Rather, he guided me through the overwhelming process in a simplified and unbiased manner. Thank you very much Victor Bakke!

How Victor and his colleagues saved my life and my career I was lost. I was miserable. Accused of something I didn’t do. April 2016 was the start of the worst day of my life!
