This is the first time we used Bill's services and he was fantastic!! I gave him my case and they were first very good about responding, then stopped responding to me when I asked how much is owed and how much is the retainer I met with Bill he did a courtesy consultation because he knew my husband or have dealt with him before. He told me that all I need to do is get my state file bring it to him and he can't do anything more until he gets that file brought him the file Days Later never heard back emailed and called never responded back. My husband called and he told my husband that he didn't have time to take the case and that I need somebody in Charlotte but this was a month after giving him the file. I respect a person not having time or able to take on a case. I totally understand when lawyers have a lot on their plate but I don't understand not saying anything to a potential client especially if they stress to you that they need one soon whether or not you're willing to take the case or not
