I went because someone stole my effeoc and Adrian explained his friend group fairly well and got me a baber shop hair cut that costed only a quarter in the settlement but he could work on reviewing his 67 other cases overall I'd rate it like a 6 or 7
My personal experience with this law firm started over 11 months ago. He was recommended by a mutual friend and all I was needing was my Trust updated after the death of my husband. He promised if he couldn’t do it he would contact a lawyer who could! I heard nothing from him so began contacting the office but no one called back!!! After repeatedly trying to get someone to call me back I mentioned this to the friend who recommended him! He was shocked and called him on his cell phone. Got him right away and told him why he was calling! I got a call back shortly after that and he proceeded to tell me he doesn’t remember me or my trust had no idea where my paperwork is and he would talk to his paralegal the next day! Never heard anything more so yesterday I decided I was going to call the office every day till someone answered! I called 4 times yesterday answering machine each time! Called this morning and the para legal who must work from home as I heard a small child crying when she picked up! She had no idea who I was or anything about my trust nor where the paperwork is!!!!! She kept talking over me and saying nothing!!! I had had enough and called Mr F a few things and her and she kept trying to talk over me!!! I raised 3 teenagers I know how to handle disrespectful attitudes!!! She said she would search for my paperwork???? Do you suppose they have lawyers that can sue shysters for losing my paperwork!!! Can I sue for the price of the original Trust! They obviously have no respect for elderly people even though he is elderly!!! Do not use this lawyer for anything! You have been forewarned!!! I am sure this won’t stay on the website long!!!! Figures won’t let me post it!!!! Had to add one star in order to post!!!
Adrian was my saving grace. He is low keyed, confident and capable. Ihighly recommend him.
Very professional and reassuring.
In my opinion, he's the best lawyer in South Carolina right now. He's a good person, a very humanitarian, and I owe him a lot for my defense. I recommend him 100%. God bless him always.
Adrian is one of a kind. Most lawyers are stuck up and won’t help you unless you have lots of money. He’s not like that and will do his best to help you out or provide good direction.
Thank you for your kind words. Please do not hesitate to call should the need arise.
Adrain was VERY compassionate, took time with us and made sure we understood everything we would be going though. His staff was so nice and always got back tonus quickly if we had questions. He cares about your case and your well being more than he does a paycheck. Top notch lawyer.
Thank you so much for the kind words. Please do not hesitate to call in the future if you need any legal assistance!
Awesome Law Firm . Adrian Falgione is very caring and concerned about his clients. They treat you like family and works very hard on your case. Thank you Adrian for your hard work.
Thank you for your kind review. Please call us in the future for any of your legal needs. We appreciate you!
Adrian Falgione is very down to earth and easy to talk to about legal documents. He explained everything very well and has the best interest of each of his clients at heart. I was in and out in two visits and have all originals of each of the documents he drew up for me. I will definitely be going back for any legal questions or documents I may need.
Based upon my experience, education, training, knowledge of the standard of care of lawyers, and review of Mr Falgione. His law firm engaged in negligent acts and omissions, in their representation of various plaintiffs. Failed to provide competent representation, failure to provide diligent representation, failure to expedite litigation, failure to meet deadlines causing damages. Failure to abide by a duty to advise plaintiffs truthfully about circumstances of a key evidentiary hearing. Failed to abide by the duty of honesty owed to the plaintiffs. Neglected legal matters provided incompetent representation. Failed to provide accounting of their use of plaintiffs litigation funds as required under the RPC and it is now known that defendants violated the RPC by depositing litigation funds into a non-rust personal bank account. Rakowsky and Falgione admitted acts of malpractice took place, wrongfully misled plaintiffs into believing defendants." –AZ ESQ,
