Wow!! Where do I start? I'll try to be brief but must say I'm eternally grateful for everything that Atty. Alicia and her staff did for my family and I. After careful deliberation and a selection process, I was immediately wowed by #1- courtesy, empathy and truly a "customer/client" first attitude. It all started with the most pleasant greeting from her Mother Linda. She had me at hello! Next walks in Attorney Piro just coming in the office from a meeting. I certainly did not expect that she would make time for me that day but she brought me right into her office. After our brief introductions, she got our her notebook and listened (as a that seems to be a difficult skill for many nowadays) asked appropriate questions, clarified and took meticulous notes. It didn't take long to hear to gain my trust and confidence that she was THE PERSON with the RIGHT TEAM! Our family issue involved a very complicated and detail involved situation with a family estate and trust. This situation relied on a very COMPETENT, METICULOUS AND PROFESSIONAL LAWYER who had the legal training, expertise, support staff who could handle to most complex situations pertaining to family estates, trusts and also current FL law updates, requirements. The icing on the cake was, in addition to the above mentioned, Atty Alicia's (and staffs) demenor was outstanding! Second to none!!
