My daughter just called the office for medical malpractice. The lady that took our call was rude a extremely cold hearted toward my daughter's situation. I would avoid the Orlando location. She just lost her dad.

I’ve advised my partner to consult a malpractice attorney after what appears to be a clear violation of Florida Bar Rule 5-1.1—failure to disburse client funds in a timely manner despite all paperwork and updated address info being confirmed over a week prior. This isn’t the first time communication has been an issue throughout his case, but we were willing to be patient. That patience ran out when “we mailed it” turned into “oops, no tracking, no ETA, no idea.” If you’re a former client who’s ever waited more than a few days after signing your disbursement—might be worth asking some hard questions. Still waiting to see if the firm makes this right before outside counsel has to get involved. Would love to update this review with a resolution... but the clock’s ticking.

(UPDATED) Shire got back to me and made sure everything was explained to me and all my questions answered. (Previous review) I am a current client and I have been trying to reach my case manager and my attorney as I havent heard back from them since January. I even emailed the customer service email requesting to be contacted. I don't know how else to get a call back. It's been almost 2 years since my accident happened and I'm still waiting for a resolution and I haven't heard any new updates since the end of last year
