I got a ticket for driving in the left lane. I have no priors, no a criminal record. I thought this would be an easy beat so I went for the cheapest lawyer that I can find big mistake. Anthony didn’t realize I knew the numbers so when he came back with the fees, with what I paid him and those additional fees, it would be the same as if I went to court.GET A BETTER LAWYER HE DOESN’T KEEP YOUR FINANCIALS IN MIND. HE’S JUST WORKS WITH THE COURTS. But what about all the five star reviews they didn’t know the numbers just like if I didn’t know the numbers I would thought he did a great job.

Terrible person. TERRIBLE. Not recommended. 🤮🤮🤮 He was very nice when he answered the phone at the beginning, but when he understood that the violation didn’t happen in ny (so im not potential money) he mocked me and hanged up the phone in my face. Don’t let people like him get your money. You’re not human to them. 🤮🤮🤮

I recently made a serious error in judgement while driving on the eastbound LIE. A Nassau County Police Officer pulled me over and wrote me 5 tickets. I was facing up to 9 points on my license plus big money in fines and insurance liability surcharges. I realized I needed an Attorney right away. Based on his great reviews, I contacted Anthony Giustino and after a short conversation hired him to represent me in this matter. Mr. Giustino has a lot of experience. He took care of everything for me and his fee was quite reasonable. Of my 5 tickets, he got 2 of them dismissed and pled my other 3 out to lesser infractions for which I paid fines, with ZERO points on my license. Between his fee and what I paid in fines, Mr. Giustino saved me thousands of dollars and I am grateful for what he did for me. I can't thank him enough and I recommend him without reservation. I normally don’t give reviews but I just wanted to say I got pulled over and got 7 tickets. One which led to my license being revoked for a year because of insurance ,along with points. All my tickets added up to around $4000. Mr.Anthony got it down to 4 tickets being dismissed, 2 turn into jaywalking tickets with fines and instead of my license being revoked for the year. I ended up with it being a yield violation which was 3 points. I only have to pay less than $1200 now which are fines . GREAT MAN, GETS THE JOB DONE . he even texted me on the side with his card and all the information I needed.

I am so happy and relieved I found out about Mr Guistino 😫 I was at risk for almost paying 1.2K-2K in traffic fines to Nassau, getting about 10-12 points on my license and losing my job if I went over 6 points on my drivers license!!! My third child just got his Drivers License recently and was still under 18. He got a speeding ticket in Long Beach. I was pulled over in the Long Island Expressway for allegedly crossing a double solid line. I did not appreciate it when I was pulled over but the officer was super harsh and wrote me 4 tickets all for the same violation which totaled more than $1,000 in fines and would have incurred 10 points on my license. I found Mr. Giustino online and read his reviews. I got a good feeling after speaking to him. He took the time to explain to me exactly what I was facing and how he would be able to help me. He did not set unrealistic expectations. He explained I would still have to pay some fines but he felt confident he could get most of the points wiped out and possible one or two of the counts dismissed. He delivered on all fronts. He got all the points dismissed, one of the 4 tickets was dismissed and I ended up with 3 jaywalking tickets. It was still an expensive bill between the fines I had to pay plus his fee but it was ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT. Mr. Giustino was professional, responsive and delivered on what he told on our very first conversation. All of that with very little time spent/wasted by me. I highly recommend him.
