Terrible and dishonest communication start to finish on my case & NOT worth the money. The lower charged was removed (speeding) while the higher charge was the one they said i should plead to (reckless driving). I was told this was the best result but essentially didn’t help with anything for my driving record with the worst charge on there. Thanks a lot
