I had a new neighbor purchase an empty lot behind my house and the new owner informed us that he was cutting down the trees that are on 3/4 on our property without discussion and then blocked us on his Phone for further discussion. Does not follow-up on due dates for answers from respondents. Very poor communication to clients. As a customer be prepared to have to chase Shawn repeatedly for performance of deliverables.
